(Well, how _else_ am I supposed to read ebooks with all the thunderstorms we've been having lately? Four days out of five for the past month and a half - boom! crack! boom! ... Sheesh!)
Shiny new toy... shiiiiiny.
It's a Palm Tungsten E. A little more pricey than I'd originally planned on, but since my primary reason for getting it was to read ebooks - and my eyesight isn't the best anyway - I wanted to make sure it would have decent screen resolution.
We did have some frustration setting it up last night -- for some reason my BIOS had the USB port disabled by default. Since I'd never had cause to use it before, it took us (okay, Malada) a little while to figure out what was going on.
But now - happy, shiny!
